Having had a small milk pan by circulon for some years we decided to upgrade to their roasting pans and a frying pan. We are very pleased we did they are far superior to the many trays we have tried before from well known brands.

All of my pots and pans are Circulon which I’ve bought directly and I’m happy with the quality. However, I’ve had a problem with the last frying pan I bought. It’s the wrong size. I need to return it, but wanted to speak to someone. Impossible. Left a message on chat, no one got back to me. Tried to find a solution on the website. Impossible. I eventually found a phone number that worked buried in one of the drop down menus. I hung on for almost 25 minutes then gave up. I’ve emailed, no response other than an acknowledgment of the email. All in all a dreadful customer experience.

Always a good experience, brilliant quality and value for money. Really well made pans, you can feel the weight and quality.
Delivery was quick and the website is very good and easy to use.
Would highly recommend this company and it's products. Very pleased 10/10.

Very pleased with my purchase. Arrived quickly, the product was great and I could instantly tell of its quality.

The only gripe I have is that it was delivered damaged. I was a bit unclear how to get this to Circulons attention. And after 3 days sending emails and chatting to an unresponsive chat bot, I located a direct landline number, where the representative was able to resolve my issue immediately and with little effort.

I would certainly use Circulon again, especially now that I know the best way to get in contact.

The best product on the market... Should have used Circulon years ago..

Emailed with a question on 2nd Feb 2023 about black substance when cleaning. No reply. Emailed them again still no reply. So not sure if the pan is safe to cook with.
Replied today so changed the rating

Ordering and delivery very easy. Cannot comment on the product yet as haven’t used it but Circulon baking equipment is usually top quality.

I did not get my order
I got an email from evri that they are sending parcel back to sender or retailer

I bought the set few years ago and unfortunately we had a problem with some of the pans non-stick deteriorating. I contacted Circulon customer services and they without a quibble immediately responded and offered to replace the faulty items.
I would highly recommend them.

I love the Circulon bakeware, not only for its easy cleaning but also it's durability. So, when I needed to add to my collection I had no hesitation about buying this brand again. Dealing direct with Circulon was great, their prices were competitive with other sites and with an extra discount as well. Delivery was prompt. Really pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them.

I have a small collection of Circulon cooking utensils, going back to a small saucepan with a small hard plastic and metal knob on the lid and a range of other more recent pans - all of which have stood the test of time. I look forward to using this latest pan from the ‘C’ range with its distinctive lid handle and shiny exterior! Delivery was well within anticipated waiting time.

Useful information on website regarding their cookware as replacing my very old Circulon pans. Used winter offer to receive discount on the pans I wished to buy.
Once ordered pans were delivered quickly.
Everything seems as expected so far.

Interesting company takes the time to reply on Trustpilot, stating they will email me by Friday and no contact from them to resolve the problem of the tray being to big for my oven !!. I have sent them 3 emails to date, with no response
